Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the services offered by DKT Consulting.

Service Provider

Services

DKT Consulting notably offers services in communication consulting, visual storytelling, artistic direction, creation of visual content and videos, sales support, branding, website redesign or optimization, Shopify, digital strategy, animation, and AI creative assistance. The exact scope is defined in the accepted quote, commercial proposal, or contract.

Quote and Order

Every service is subject to a quote or proposal specifying deliverables, deadlines, prices, number of included revisions, payment terms, and any limitations. The order is validated by signature, written agreement, or payment of the deposit.

Prices and Payment

Prices are indicated in euros. VAT is indicated according to the applicable regime at the time of invoicing. A deposit may be requested before commencement. The balance is due upon delivery or according to the agreed payment schedule.

Late Payments

For professional clients, any late payment may result in late payment penalties and the flat-rate recovery indemnity provided for by applicable regulations.

Deadlines and Revisions

Deadlines are indicative unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. They may be extended if the client delays providing necessary information, validations, access, or content. The number of included revisions is indicated in the quote. Any request outside the scope may be subject to an additional quote.

Client Obligations

The client guarantees to hold the necessary rights to the content provided. They undertake to provide accurate information and not to transmit unlawful content, confidential information without authorization, or content that infringes upon the rights of third parties.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives a right to use the final deliverables for the media specified in the quote. Source files, methods, templates, prompts, internal tools, research, and elements not expressly delivered remain the property of DKT Consulting, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Use of AI

Some work may be assisted by AI tools. DKT Consulting ensures human validation of deliverables. The use of AI does not imply an absolute guarantee of originality, commercial performance, or absence of similarity with third-party content. The client must validate deliverables before publication.

Portfolio

DKT Consulting may present certain projects in its portfolio only with the client's agreement or according to the conditions specified in the quote or contract. Confidential content will not be published without authorization.

No Guarantee of Results

DKT Consulting undertakes to make its best efforts within the defined scope. Commercial, advertising, visibility, conversion, turnover, or image results are not guaranteed.

Liability

DKT Consulting's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned, unless otherwise provided by law. DKT Consulting cannot be held responsible for indirect losses, loss of turnover, loss of opportunity, or decisions made by the client after delivery.

Consumer Clients

If DKT Consulting sells to consumers, information regarding the right of withdrawal is provided on the Right of Withdrawal page. The competent consumer mediator will be completed before any B2C sale.

Applicable Law

These conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution.
