Right of withdrawal
Last updated: July 5, 2026.
This page applies only when DKT Consulting sells a service to a consumer client, i.e., an individual acting for non-professional purposes.
Principle
The consumer generally has a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal for a contract concluded remotely or off-premises, unless an exception applies.
Services started before the end of the cooling-off period
If the consumer client expressly requests that the service begin before the end of the cooling-off period, they acknowledge that fees may be due for the portion already performed. If the service is fully performed before the end of the period, the right of withdrawal may be lost when the legal conditions are met.
Personalized content
Certain highly personalized creations or services performed according to the client's specifications may fall under exceptions. This point must be validated before any B2C sale.

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the client can contact DKT Consulting at consultingdkt@gmail.com.
